Upon moving to Northern Virginia ten years ago, Geb was surprised that he could not find crab cakes on menus that delivered great flavor and showcased the quality of Maryland crab.

This intensely fueled this passion project: developing the perfect Maryland-style crab cake, with simple yet strict standards:
